Room was clean and well presented. Staff were polite and helpful. Sarah was outstanding and very helpful when I needed to extend my stay.

The welcome was spot on. Greeted by Nicole on the Friday afternoon and made to feel like nothing was any issue. The toilet fell off the wall, which was a laughable issue. Dealt with properly and not a problem. TRAVELODGE it's not the heat guys. You need to up the game on your contactor allocation. So my luggage was moved to another room while I was working. Easily sorted and i thank you for that. Then the noise started above. Loud and stompy. Things being dropped on the floor. Nicole saved the day. Didn't move me as I was established. Moved the noise away from me. Thanks love. Super star. Damian. Room 31 (where the toilet fell off and room 20 where you fixed the noise). This lady knows how to read and understand people. Travelodge. Promote her!!

Not the first time I've stayed here. Always friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and relaxing rooms and atmosphere. Kirsty was particularly helpful at check in.

Room far too hot no aircon. . Parking underneath windows. Breakfast for two was £12 for a flapjack and box of cornflakes and a miniature water!

Manager dan was inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable, staff however were lovely and helpful, we're very kind when giving me directions to where I needed to go

Only hotel chain I know that want to charge you for checking in before 3pm, when the staff are there and your room is ready. Hope the extra money they make by charging for earlier checkin, out ways the reduced reviews.

Kirsty the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Even though it was a very hot day, the room was cool and I slept like a baby.
