We spent 2 nights at the Plumeria Hotel. It's not great luxury but for the price it's very reasonable. We even had a balcony to our room. The comfort is basic but the cleanliness is there. The bed was good. Our host, Wilson was very warm, welcoming and always available. He was very accommodating and found us really interesting plans for excursions, cheaper than what was offered on the street. Wilson is the soul of the hotel! In summary, this hotel is perfect for people who want a room just to sleep and who have a limited budget.
