Stornaway B&B was excellent . the host was fabulous couldnt do enough . the room was spacious , clean and cozy. breakfast well it looked amazing and tasted even better . as a single traveler it was a decent price . 110% recommend staying here. thank you stornaway B&B .

Fantastic B&B spotless rooms They have everything you need in it Coffee machine and hairdryer included. Great selection for breakfast And one of the best homemade rhubarb jams I’ve tasted. Staff were very attentive to our needs , communication was great

Due to my booking error we arrived one month after the reservation. Anna honoured our reservation, even apologizing for our inconvenience and arrived late in the evening to welcome us. Can't beat that for service. Would give six stars if possible.

Lovely comfortable bed with great bedding. Very quiet location and slept so well. Really friendly and helpful staff allowed me to come back for a shower after my run. Would not hesitate to stay again when I return to the Island. Highly recommended

Convenient location on the centre of the town (close to shops, places to eat, and the cultural centre An Lannatair); comfortable, warm, and clean room with beautiful local products (Harris tweed lampshades, local soap); access to a shared lounge (useful for work) and kitchen; amazing cooked breakfast; lovely staff who were always happy to chat and share local tips and advice. Would definitely come back.

Lovely comfy big bed, with an ensuite shower room. Coffee and tea facilities were also provided. Great central location with staff accommodating our early arrival. We had a great breakfast. Staff were attentive and made us feel welcome. Would stay again.

In short - we were treated very badly from the time we arrived till we requested a full refund. The team at Stornoway had a Christmas party that day and nothing was in place though I had made two requests on my booking form weeks before the time. Our room was not ready due to a late arrival the previous day and the jacuzzi was not even put on before our arrival and it takes 3 - 4 hours to warm up. We had attitude from the staff as they were more interested in the staff party than us. We were left sitting waiting for our room without any staff or manager providing us with updates. After an hour and a bit we got somebody to call the manager to request a full refund and to find alternative accommodation. Not once did any staff at the premises apologized or even tried to keep us as guests only once we spoke to the Accountant telephonically, did she apologized and offered alternatives, but by this time we found other accommodation for the night. I will not recommend this place to anybody; it was a very bad and humiliating experience.

A great hotel with very friendly staff and the rooms were absolutely spotless. The shared facilities are an added bonus. Came to Stornoway for a 2 night business trip and I would definitely stay here if I ever visit again. Thank you for a lovely stay
