The hotel is nicely located on the harbour-front. There is construction work going on outside at present but this did not disturb. My room looking back at the old town was very small but quiet. It was a double room with 2 single beds, continental style but might have seemed cramped for 2 ( large) people but was perfect for one. There was a really good breakfast buffet at extra cost. The receptionist recommended a good nearby restaurant for dinner. There is no lift. I would stay here again.

This is a really rather lovely hotel, constructed out of a string of several historical buildings, right on the harbour front in this beautiful town. Because of the historical nature of the structure, it feels charmingly, higgledy-piggledy, and those seeking massive space, and modern amenities, might be best looking elsewhere. Right next door is the superb Ozeaneum.

Freundliches Hotel mit Meerblick, aber die Nachbarschaft zum Ozeaneum ist eher ein Problem. Ohrenbetäubende Bässe die ganze Nacht bei Veranstaltungen (Fr/Sa). Schlaf nicht möglich. Frühstück mit €18,50 pP für die Qualität erheblich überteuert. Kaffee eigentlich nicht trinkbar.

Ich war hier sehr lecker Matjes essen. Schöne Terrasse mit angenehm freundlicher Bedienung.Ich entschied mich für dreierlei Matjes und ein schönes Alster dazu! Ca.10 Minuten nach meiner Bestellung wurde bereits serviert.Alles sehr lecker und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung! Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Das letzte Hotel unserer Radreise.... Haben gut geschlafen, Betten völlig i.O., Bad klein, Duschwanne seehr hoch, Sauberkeit einwandfrei. Bei den Nachttischlampen guckt die nackte Glühbirne, da hat wohl jemand die Schirme mitgenommen .... 😉. Das Frühstück mit selbstgemachten, sehr leckeren Aufstrichen, leider keine Vollkornbrötchen, ansonsten okay.

Wir waren am Wochenende im Hotel und sind am Montag früh mit der Fähre weitergefahren. Das Oceaneum ist gleich nebenan und die Altstadt auch. somit ist man "mittendrin" und hat dabei einen schönen Blick aufs Wasser.
