The hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows allowed for a great nights sleep.
The Spa experience was a brilliant way to relax after exploring the city.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The spa was lovely and I couldn't recommend the hotel enough for anyone wanting a lovely place to stay in the heart of strasbourg.

Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.

在小法蘭西里，雖然周圍都是遊客，但是絲毫沒有被吵到，很舒服的入住。
設施：酒店有4層，電梯到3樓，服務員幫忙搬行李到4樓，退房時候電話也有人來幫助。房間內裝修可以看出比較久遠，木頭有爛掉痕跡但是有感受到在努力保護。窗外風景很好。1樓有spa和做臉。每個房間有一天1小時中心洗澡蒸桑拿時間，但是男女不分開，建議要去的話帶泳衣。
衞生：洗澡和衞生間是分開的。很乾凈。
環境：內部安靜舒適，外部建築物給人的心靈上的寧靜。
服務：從前台到餐廳服務員都很熱情。
ps，早餐其實選擇不算多，但是都很好吃。蛋可以點包括咖啡茶水。

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut um sich Strasbourg anzusehen. Das Rezeption Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sie sprechen englisch und französisch. Kein oder nur wenig deutsch. Das Hotel entspricht gehobenem Standart, das Superior Zimmer ist ideal, wenn man sich nur zum übernachten im Hotel aufhält. Ansonsten würde ich das grössere Zimmer empfehlen. Zimmerservice top. Sehr sauber. Das Frühstück dazu zu buchen lohnt sich! Auch das Restaurant Personal am Morgen ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Den Spa Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt.
Auch das Restaurant am Abend haben wir nicht besucht.

其實該酒店位置還可以的，衹是前往中有一段大鵝*石路，行李較難拖。如有行李，可通過旁邊公園類的細砂石路也可達。如晚間到達，坐出租車到不了酒店門口，有2處路障，還得拖行李箱進入。酒店房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，提供可反覆使用的拖鞋。員工都和藹、友好。清晨、傍晚在大教堂、小法蘭西拍攝蠻方便的。
