Disappointing stay. I had paid for an executive room with river view but only got a room facing the other side with a huge building in front of me instead. The hotel said that they had not received the information and the hotel was fully booked. It was not a big deal but I paid extra for the view and ended up with a standard room with some free sodas and amenities. I felt cheated.
No Wi-fi for 1.5 days for my 2-night stay. Unacceptable
Plus points: Staff was nice, both at the reception and housekeeping. The room was spacious and clean
I had better experience with other Novotel hotels before but will not return to this one.

Very close to the train station, two or three minutes walk, the room is large, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, the hotel facilities are a bit old

The hotel is close to the center of Strasbourg and within walking distance of the main city attractions. The rooms are small but clean and the breakfast is good. It has basically everything. It is a cost-effective hotel.
