Very good stay experience. Although it is far from where I want to go, there are still some restaurants and supermarkets around. The price is affordable and not too expensive. I highly recommend it. Thumbs up

The location is slightly biased but the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to the train station or small France. The hotel is clean and the room is large.
Breakfast is too simple but you can eat enough. There are many elderly travelers during breakfast time.
Especially the next morning, I left early to catch the train because there were too many people and I didn't eat much.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just opposite the train station, and the trip is extremely convenient. The room is also relatively large, and there is absolutely no problem with a child. The bathing facilities are a bit old and can feel that the store has been as clean and tidy as possible, and it is not easy for old hotels in Europe. The washbasin is a double basin, very good.

There are no bus lines on Google Maps and Baidu Maps. But there is TRAM. It is about 3 stops from the train station. Actually walking about 800 meters, but this ancient city is relatively quiet and it is a bit noisy to drag luggage. Hahaha
The room was great. Water, the first bottle is free. The water in the refrigerator in the back is charged, I don't know.

You can see the hotel on the right hand side of the train station. It is walking distance to the city center and the old city. The booked room type is small but comfortable in all aspects. The breakfast was very rich and the taste was very good. The waiter was warm and thoughtful. He also cooked delicious hot spring eggs for the children. He also cared about our daytime activities and recommended delicious and fun places. Very happy stay experience.

It's very kind and the room is in good condition. It's good for the price. It's a 5-minute walk from the high-speed bus terminal. It's very suitable for people who go by bus.

AAnonymous UserConvenient location, hotel felt new. Bed was comfortable and the check-in/out process was fuss free. Didn't try the breakfast at the hotel but restaurant looks good, quite a number of food and drinks options around the hotel as well. Decently sized room, within 5 mins walking distance to the tram station. Would recommend!

Ttravel nezThe hotel is located right opposite the main station, which is convenient. Though its relatively far from most of the places of interest. We chose it due to our large luggages, it'll be great if they had ramp at their entrance for us to drag our luggage in. 😅
The room is very clean, and we got a free upgrade. Room is consider pretty small even though its upgraded. So be very careful when booking the small room. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade with 2 huge luggages. Breakfast is decent. They had free flows of drinks any time of the day, which is a plus for a chilling weather to have a cup of tea/coffee.
Overall is a pretty decent stay.

Excellent room - quiet, we were in 323 3rd floor new part of hotel, love separate toilet from shower, wonderful comfortable bed and pillows, full length mirror, wardrobe and writing desk, well designed, sound proof windows and heavy door so not disturbed by noise of street or other guests
Breakfast - ample spread always topped up, large area to sit, interesting design
Friendly reception staff, so patient and helpful, special thanks to reception lady (slim with glasses and elegant grey hair) and booking lady Veronique
Fuss free parking for euro 17 is in garage basement of hotel, hotel staff parks car well, for bigger cars do check with staff as they can arrange alternatives.

The hotel lobby provides free water and coffee, and hot apple juice is also provided during Christmas, which is warm and cozy. Breakfast wasn't bad either, with lots of bread, cheese and drink options.

GGuest UserDisappointing stay. I had paid for an executive room with river view but only got a room facing the other side with a huge building in front of me instead. The hotel said that they had not received the information and the hotel was fully booked. It was not a big deal but I paid extra for the view and ended up with a standard room with some free sodas and amenities. I felt cheated.
No Wi-fi for 1.5 days for my 2-night stay. Unacceptable
Plus points: Staff was nice, both at the reception and housekeeping. The room was spacious and clean
I had better experience with other Novotel hotels before but will not return to this one.

DDavidAmazing location, nicely refurbished building and area. Private room is a decent size, essentially like a no-frills hotel for around 50€ a night (not sure how sustainable this price will be).
Was able to park bikes reasonably securely to stands in courtyard, and excellent cycle lanes nearby. Staff very helpful. Free WiFi. USB charging in room. Soap and towels in private rooms.
No accessible WC in public area, seemed to be blocked off by the restaurant in the morning.
Can't vouch for dormitories or restaurant as we didn't try either.

YYukinoThe amenities were my favorite NUXE, and I personally was a tick.
It was a late time to arrive at a single stay, so I chose it as close to Strasbourg station as much as possible, but Google Maps was a little scared to be guided through narrow and dark roads i did.
There were many shops around UberEats and it was perfect.
It was a short stay time, so it was like a very narrow business hotel in Japan and there was a feeling of cleanliness, so it was enough for me to consider it as a French hotel.
I'm sorry if there is a little memory difference because I stayed 3 months ago.
