Excellent location - 5 min walk to old town perimeter. Will return! Excellent room - quiet, we were in 323 3rd floor new part of hotel, love separate toilet from shower, wonderful comfortable bed and pillows, full length mirror, wardrobe and writing desk, well designed, sound proof windows and heavy door so not disturbed by noise of street or other guests Breakfast - ample spread always topped up, large area to sit, interesting design Friendly reception staff, so patient and helpful, special thanks to reception lady (slim with glasses and elegant grey hair) and booking lady Veronique Fuss free parking for euro 17 is in garage basement of hotel, hotel staff parks car well, for bigger cars do check with staff as they can arrange alternatives.

Convenient location, hotel felt new. Bed was comfortable and the check-in/out process was fuss free. Didn't try the breakfast at the hotel but restaurant looks good, quite a number of food and drinks options around the hotel as well. Decently sized room, within 5 mins walking distance to the tram station. Would recommend!

Located in the center of the old town of Strasbourg, it is very convenient to walk to nearby attractions. The hotel has complete facilities, French style, simple but tasteful. There is also an automatic lifting iron curtain at night, which is good. The room is quite large, with adjustable heating, and the bathroom is also large and comfortable. The hotel lobby is small and cozy, and the service is good. The staff can speak German, French, and English. The breakfast is useless, so I can't comment. The hotel has its own parking garage. At first I thought it was a small parking space with 3-4 parking spaces. I closed the garage door at night and was shocked when I saw it in the morning. Oh my goodness, the garage is three-dimensional. The small space is three-dimensional. There are three floors, and each floor has a very short space. I think it takes driving skills into consideration. I gained some experience. Yyds is great. The deposit fee is 28 euros per night. It’s not cheap, but it’s still ok in the old city where land is at a premium! The special thing is that there are two doors to the room. I almost made a mistake. I can't get the door card. The room facilities are a bit old, the elevator is very small, and it can accommodate 2 people and 2 boxes. The room is facing the street. The special surprise is that the room also has a balcony where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the street view.

As a family of 3 we don’t have many options jn Strasbourg. Most designer properties only accommodate 2 in one room. Good sized, modern rooms by European standards. Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.

The service of this hotel was barely. When I checked in, the washbasin was blocked and asked someone to repair it. As a result, it was still not repaired the next day. It was called again. It was repaired on the third day. . . The room is small, cooking and eating are a bit unopened, plus the suitcase is opened, it is like dancing ballet.

The hotel is like a castle. The rooms are very high apart from each other and there is a garden in the middle. The afternoon tea is very lively and the breakfast is great. There are many beautiful and delicious snacks. It is not far to walk to see the church scenery in the evening and the road is very safe.

Very spacious room . Love the hotel location. Hidden away from the busy streets. Breakfast is not too bad. The river cruise is just located infront of the hotel. The Notre-Dame cathedral is just minutes of walk away . Many museums around us. Many lovely restaurants and shopping streets just minutes away. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Super nice staff everywhere, everything quite stylish. Tram stop right in front of the door. The lounge with free snacks (cake/cake, fruit) and hot (caffee full/tea) and cold drinks (sapp, limos/cola from bottles) is just a good place!
