Novotel Hotels in Strasbourg

I just checked out of this hotel today. I loved everything about the hotel from the moment I walked in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had to park offsite, several blocks away, but they will transfer your luggage to and from the hotel. We had two rooms at the hotel, and we stayed in a family area that had a door off the hallway to both of our rooms. This is perfect if you have need to but your kids in one room and you/spouse in the other. The queen size rooms are not huge, but I found the room to be laid out very well. It really didn’t bother me at all that they are smaller than some of the hotels we stay at in the United States. Our rooms came with breakfast and it was wonderful. The presentation is beautiful. When you walk in it is a buffet but you can also order off the menu I suggest ordering the French toast. One of the best things about this hotel is air conditioning !!!! I can’t express enough how important it is when it is 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioner did not keep the room at a cool, 71 to 72° but very close. I hope to return to Strasbourg in the future, and I certainly will stay at Maison Rouge again.

the hotel room is big enough and clean. we did not use the kitchen, but I can see that it has everything you need for basic cooking. we cannot park in the hotel but there is a indoor parking facility . just 12 euro for overnight and it is ok. if you prefer, parking outside the hotel is free.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation, just 4 or 5 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel is clean and hygienic, there is a Shanghai sister responsible for the catering part, the people are very good and very kind. The breakfast is very exquisite, especially the various snacks, the taste is superb, it is very recommended

This hotel locates in front of the train station and near to be Petite Village so nothing to complain about this strategic location. The hotel looks very artistic and clean. The staffs are also very friendly and supportive.

Excellent location - 5 min walk to old town perimeter. Will return! We booked the Boma hotel for a short stay in Strasbourg due to its location, as it is right next to Petit France, within walking distance to everywhere in the oldtown, but also only a 8min walk to the train station. We never had to use any transports in the two days we stayed, the Cathedral and other landmarks were only a 10min walk. However, we were also pleased with what we found as the hotel was new, modern but with character. There was music in the halls and lift to set the atmosphere and the decor overall was urban modern but worked very well. The room was not very big but had everything we needed for a short stay: a very comfy bed with memory foam pillows, which granted us a fantastic sleep at night; small desk with a kettle and a variety of coffee/tea; the minibar had water and soft drinks (and were free); there was a large tv on the wall with some media contents (films and music) which were also free for us to use; a safe where we could store our passports, etc during our stay; the bathroom had a good size with a large shower and the amenities were surprisingly good (which sometimes is compromised in smaller hotels). Our room was facing a main street but the windows were double-glazed, so we barely could hear anything from the outside. In the lower ground floor there's a (large) luggage room with large lockers for the guests to use, self-service and free. Since we arrived at Strasbourg in the morning we used it, as check-in is only at 3pm; then used it again after checking out, for a few hours, to explore a bit more of the old town before we took the train to Paris. Breakfast was was fairly good. Mainly continental but there were also scrambled eggs and bacon. There is a supermarket 20 metres away from the hotel, which was quite convenient in case we needed to buy anything during our stay. There is also a french bakery / patisserie just across the road. A lot of other coffee shops, restaurants, shops, etc just nearby. The staff was friendly, provided all the information we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visit Strasbourg, as it's perfectly located and has everything that you'll need to explore the old town.

Located in the center of the old town of Strasbourg, it is very convenient to walk to nearby attractions. The hotel has complete facilities, French style, simple but tasteful. There is also an automatic lifting iron curtain at night, which is good. The room is quite large, with adjustable heating, and the bathroom is also large and comfortable. The hotel lobby is small and cozy, and the service is good. The staff can speak German, French, and English. The breakfast is useless, so I can't comment. The hotel has its own parking garage. At first I thought it was a small parking space with 3-4 parking spaces. I closed the garage door at night and was shocked when I saw it in the morning. Oh my goodness, the garage is three-dimensional. The small space is three-dimensional. There are three floors, and each floor has a very short space. I think it takes driving skills into consideration. I gained some experience. Yyds is great. The deposit fee is 28 euros per night. It’s not cheap, but it’s still ok in the old city where land is at a premium! The special thing is that there are two doors to the room. I almost made a mistake. I can't get the door card. Haha, you can try it if you have a chance~ Overall the hotel is good and the current price is also suitable. I like it 👍

It's great! The town has a strong German style. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the room. The roof outside the window is where pigeons live. The roof is full of pigeons. The Christmas decorations on the first floor are very beautiful. The service is also very considerate.

The room facilities are a bit old, the elevator is very small, and it can accommodate 2 people and 2 boxes. The room is facing the street. The special surprise is that the room also has a balcony where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the street view.
