We love staying at this very clean and high quality Hotel. We are Platinum members and this is one of the nicest that we have stayed at in recent years. The only take backs are being told we had a complimentary breakfast when we didn't, and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower and had to phone the front desk for instructions. It would help if they had the instructions on how to operate the shower to eliminate this problem. The water pressure was extremely weak.

This is an older hotel but quite charming. What it may lack in up to date decor it makes up for in character and overall satisfaction. Check in was a breeze. The on-site EV charger was a welcome extra and the shuttle to and from the theatre was great. The onsite restaurant is full of character. The wait staff were great. The food is quite good and the wine list extremely reasonable. Shout out to Ashley for good service at dinner.
