We spent a wonderful week at this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We are a group of teachers and students from Portugal, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with great kindness and attention. A special thank you to all the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. We would particularly like to highlight Maria and Sara from the bar, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. They made our stay even more memorable. This was an unforgettable experience, and we are very grateful for everything. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and exceptional service. We stayed for 2 nights very good experience, clean rooms frendly staff good location i would recommend you to stay here its in centre of Struga town very safe quite good sleep you have everything within reach restaurants coffee shops riverside and all what you need.

The staff is warm and kind! Hotel is super clean and well designed with attention to detail. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Rooftop restaurant is extra modern with mouthwatering food & drinks! There is also a state of the art Spa and Fitness center. Will come again!
