Unfortunately, pretty much everything went wrong for us. It started with checking in. The breakfast we had booked was not included in the system and therefore not available to us. As a result, we had a lot of back and forth when we arrived because the staff were completely out of it. Luckily, our provider solved the problem very quickly, so we had to pay money up front, but we got it refunded. This delay meant we had no time to look at the room because the key chip was not programmed and we lost more time. We quickly changed and immediately set off for the external event we had booked. When we returned, things got really disgusting. The toilet rim was completely covered in dried urine, which was also visible on the outside of the bowl. However, as the porter had already said that we would have to book breakfast in the morning, we couldn't do anything at around 11:30 p.m. The very next morning, we presented the photos we had taken to reception.
