"The room is spacious and clean though it’s a bit noisy at night due to its location with a few bars beside it and is located the opposite side of the hotel building where you are given a key to access the building that is without reception. The location is convenient with a S-bahn station in 5 minutes walk and the marktplaz where the Christmas market is within 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is very nice as well. However, the staff is not very attentive and did not offer help proactively for carrying my heavy luggage from the entrance with some stairs. "

"We didn’t have a good first impression as the room wasn’t cleaned when we entered after getting the key from the check-in desk. We were asked to wait while they cleaned it, but since it was already late (6 PM), we requested a room change. Aside from the initial issue, everything else was just okay."

"Convenient transportation nearby. The room is a little hot in summer without air conditioning. There are police on duty at the door all night. It may be because of the nearby synagogue. The soundproofing is not very good. Overall, it is OK."

"The room is spacious, but the air conditioner doesn't cool, it's very hot, the hotel is relatively quiet. You can walk to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, which is the biggest convenience. There is a bus stop near the hotel, but there are few restaurants nearby, so there are few choices. You have to take the bus a few stops to get to more restaurants nearby."

"The room is clean and up to Hilton's standard, including the breakfast line. The location is superb as the U-Bahn train station is right at the back of the hotel, less than 1 minute walk. However I do not recommend this hotel if you are driving from cities to cities, the parking space is ”very limited” at the hotel (less than 15 spots). And you couldnt make a reservation for those parking spots. You would need to park at the nearby Garage which is about 900-1000m away (10 mins walk). The parking cost is slightly higher from the one's underneath the hotel."

"The hotel has good service and is convenient for travel. It is very close to the attractions. There is a supermarket nearby and a delicious restaurant next to it."

"Reception person was nice enough. Spoke to the ”Chef” a day or so prior to check-in - requested and was given a front facing, lower floor room. Upon check-in given a 3rd room floor with NO couch (where the couch should be) and no chair. Back to reception; given a 5th floor room with SAME result; back to reception. Given a 6th floor room which at least had a chair where the couch should have been - I'll stay here buuuuut mini fridge inop as was the Thermostat. Bathroom water pressure was dismal with no condiments; good I always bring my own. BTW exiting the elevator on the 6th floor: lights were out in the hallway and as I always check the stairway, also dark, told reception who called maintenance who solved the problem."
