"The room is spacious and clean though it’s a bit noisy at night due to its location with a few bars beside it and is located the opposite side of the hotel building where you are given a key to access the building that is without reception. The location is convenient with a S-bahn station in 5 minutes walk and the marktplaz where the Christmas market is within 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is very nice as well. However, the staff is not very attentive and did not offer help proactively for carrying my heavy luggage from the entrance with some stairs. "

One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price."

"Bed was terrible, no room phone, no coffee or tea service. But I asume due to its cheap preis, they cudn't provide other amenities. Location is good."

"The hotel was very clean and the room facilities were well-equipped. Above all, I was grateful that slippers were provided, which is rare in European hotels. Access from the central station was somewhat inconvenient, as it was necessary to climb a footbridge to cross a large road, and the lobby was on the ground. Also, although I paid through Trip.com, I was forced to pay an additional one-night deposit (149 euros) on the day, and although it is pending, it will take a month for the refund to be made... Perhaps the connection with trip.com is not working properly."

"The room is spacious, but the air conditioner doesn't cool, it's very hot, the hotel is relatively quiet. You can walk to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, which is the biggest convenience. There is a bus stop near the hotel, but there are few restaurants nearby, so there are few choices. You have to take the bus a few stops to get to more restaurants nearby."

"The hotel is very new and in first rate condition. Next to a ubahn station but a 20 minute walk from centre. For a Hilton the bedrooms are very small with the bathroom and toilet entered right next to the bed. 7 configuration only works for singles. In room servicing ok but each we had to ask for more tea and coffee as this was not refreshed. For asinglebusinessman this hotel is good. Couples should go elsewhere."

"Excellent, friendly front desk personell. Clean ”for the most part”. With that said: now the ”MAIN” part of the hotel is starting to look like a city in the Ukraine with displaced Ukrainians everywhere so much so that some service staff are Ukrainian = does not speak German or English - baby carriages left in the hallway(s) in front of the door. It's the luck of the draw if there's a couch and chair in the room. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low. On the plus side MINI bar still has a vasriety of FREE drinks:-)"

"Arrived in the afternoon, not in the front desk staff service time period, but you can check in directly by self-service machine, it is very convenient, the price is very fair. I met the boss the next morning, and the boss was very nice. He said that the toilet was separate. I was sorry, and I sent breakfast for free."
