Things that we LOVED: 1) Extremely Amicable hotel staff : No problem if you cannot speak or understand Spanish. Einhova, Elisha, Reuben and Daniel will ensure that you get what you want. They are such lovely people. 2) Higher levels of sanity Rooms and Toilets are cleaned frequently 3) Healthy options for breakfast Variety of fruit options, Freshly squeezed juice and lot of pastries 4) Picturesque coastal walks Costal views and pleasant walking trails 5) 15 minutes to restaurants + play area + the closest beach — - - - - - - - - - Things that we COULD HAVE LOVED: 1) A less deeper swimming pool 2) More options for dinner 3) More charging ports in the room

Very good hotel, clan and friendly. we normally stay at gran hotel Suances to go motorbiking around the picos. We could only get one night there and it was more than double the price of this one. Ria only does bed and breakfast, stayed 7 nights for 210 euros, cant go wrong, will definitely be back.

Mi hijo es celíaco se hospedó en el viaje de fin de curso y SOLO le ponían ensalada. No le hacían nada más. Para desayunar no tenían ni galletas ni magdalenas sin gluten. Se lo dijo a los camareros pero le decían que por contaminación cruzada no podían ofrecerle un menú sin gluten. A estas alturas nada adaptados a las intolerancias.

Se hizo una reserva para una familia en Enero y ahora nos la quitan a falta de 3 semanas ofreciéndonos algo que no nos gustaba ni nos convencía, esto es intolerable e inadmisible, no lo han quitado por el artículo treinta y tres haciendo ver a *********** otra cosa diferente que para nada era nuestra voluntad.Espero que esto sirva a otras personas a plantearse ir a este hotel viendo cómo se las gastan

El personal de recepción muy simpático y amable. La habitación de pena, el cuarto de baño olía fatal noooo lo siguiente. En la misma puerta de la habitación una gotera impresionante como estuvo lloviendo 2 días, pues agua por el pasillo. En definitiva una experiencia decepcionante, para no volver jamas, lo ponen muy bonito en la página pero la realidad es otra, al menos en el edificio anexo en el que nos alojaron esta de pena.

Hotel muy sencillo y tranquilo en Suances. Alejado del pueblo, se puede ir andando en 5/10 minutos. La playa está lejos. Nos alojamos en una habitación para 4 personas y está bien. La piscina cubierta es muy cómoda y se puede tomar el sol en las tumbonas de fuera. Recomendable, sobre todo como sitio base para hacer excursiones por la zona

Para empezar, nos metieron en una habitación que parecía un zulo (8H), es una habitación que se ve que la han construido para llenar hueco y hacer más caja. Era 26 de agosto y hacía mucho frío y llovía mucho, pedimos que nos pusieran la calefacción y su solución fue darnos unas mantas asquerosas. La habitación estaba sucia, había pelos por el suelo que no eran nuestros. No se corresponde con las fotos de las habitaciones que muestran en web. El agua de la piscina estaba fría, te la venden como un spa y no es así. Conclusión: JAMÁS VENGÁIS A ESTE HOTEL (por llamarlo de alguna manera)
