After checking in the room, we noticed that the water in the toilet bowl was dark brown color. It is very disgusting. We called front desk to request to change our room but they said yesterday the pipe system has problem and was repaired. This is not an excuse for not checking the room before the customer checking in.
The house keeping came and flushed the toilet a few times and the water getting clear.
At night when we were back from dinner and would like to have a shower before bed, there were not hot water supply. We called front desk to check and was told their hot water supply system is having problem. It was no hot water supply even before we check out the next morning. We were not able to take a good shower. It was really uncomfortable.
The hotel is very old and rundown , need upgrading immediately.

Wonderful stay in this hotel with nice location. This is a old hotel, but don't worry and please call for help if you feel uncomfortable.

This place is not recommended at all.
Got placed in a smoking room despite requesting a non smoking room. When advertised in trip.com it should have stated it will be a smoking room. Requested to change room but they said they are fully booked which is hard to believe. Front desk staff are of low quality service level. Rooms are old. Aircond is lame. Skip this place and find other options.

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night.
Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. Great job, Summit USJ Hotel team! 🌟🏨✨
