Hotels in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya

The Hotel come with breakfast with less than RM150 budget with excellent location. I will continue to stay at this hotel. The breakfast have few selection, they provide you 2 breakfast voucher to be redeem at downstair Restaurant.

The soundproofing is not good and the bed sheets are a little stained，BUT the service is nice and location is good near to Sunway pyramid & BRT station

I had a very disappointing stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The front desk check-in was extremely slow. Inside the room, I found a spider web in the bathroom — clear sign of poor cleaning. Even worse, at the 8th floor elevator area towards rooms 08140–08146, there was an actual mushroom growing out from the wall corner (see photo)! This shows serious humidity and maintenance problems. This is a hygiene and safety issue. I hope Trip.com can follow up with the hotel management and ensure proper corrective actions and a fair response to guests.

I stayed for 4 days initially, and the room was clean and did not need much maintenance. But no one came to clean the room or toilet during my stay . I was taking out the garbage and moping the wet bathroom Also the hotel offers only toels and there is a hanged near the shower soap/shampo which was un labled . No slippers , toothbrush, toothpaste, or any vanity sets were offered . The TV has only two channels and doesn't allow screen sharing with other devices to make a good use for it . There was an extra fee(taxis) which was not mentioned by trip.com and was asked as soon as I reached the hote I suggest that all the unavailable sevreses or any additional fees to be pre mentioned to guests . The staff are good and welcoming and very friendly and the location is perfect lightening is good and the room has a small window The entrance is a small coffee shop and the lobby chairs are comfortable The place is smell free, with no rotten smells, nor alcohol smell thanks to the hotel policy that forbids Alcohol in side the hotel . Had been there for so many times, as this is the most nearest Hotel to make it easy for me to travel to the work place while staying in Subang Jaya. Had been many times complaint about the Cleanliness, especially for Clean Towel provided and the Bed-Sheet prepared as the Old Stained still can clearly seen. Old equipment inside the room, especially the Shower Machine with too slow water flow, an Old Air-Cond Unit and a TV with no channel also being provide.

Booked for my parents as they are came to see my nephew events at sunway university. nice stay especially for those who come with family. 👍🏻

The staffs are friendly and able to help us with early check-in. The hotel need 5-10 minutes walk to the theme park. Along the the way will pass by the shops and food so it is really convenient.Staying at level 21 so has a great view.

Good budget hotel. Located near BRT station, Sunway Lagoon and Pyramid. Clean. Fast checkin

Overall the room was clean, clean pillows and bedsheets. My only complain is the sink was a bit chocked, it will great if they pay. attention to the sanitary workings of the rooms.

The best hotel with reasonable price where I stay.The room is bright and clean.It is beside the Sunway Pyramid.Will book here again in the future!
