Best Subiaco Hotels

"After 4 nights here we extended our stay for a further 5 nights as we enjoyed it so much! The location was very convenient, Subiaco is three stops away from central Perth and on the same line for the airport. You can also get to Fremantle on the same line, in about 25 minutes. All the staff here are kind and polite, and the very comfortable beds are a big bonus. Thoughtful design touches like USB ports on both sides of the bed just make things very comfortable. What would’ve bumped it to a full five stars would be bathrobes in the closet and full daily cleaning (for environmental reasons they only make the bed and change the towels… I have long hair and shed a lot, so a vacuum would’ve been really nice especially for a long stay!)"

"It's right next to King's Park. The location is good. There is a paid parking lot. On-street parking is free at night. The room is okay overall, but the space is relatively small. The hygiene of the room is not very thorough. There are still a few clothes left by the previous tenant in the closet garbage shopping bag"

"The location of the hotel is OK. I thought it would be very convenient to travel in the city, but it is not. Fortunately, it is not too far to walk around the attractions. The restaurant options in the hotel are limited, but there are many delicious foods within a 15-minute walk from the hotel!"

"The apartment is great! Very clean and everything is working in good condition. You have the cooking area, with utensils, pots and pans provided. Mini fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Not to forget they provide 2 packs of detergent for our 2 nights stay. However cooking will require us to open our balcony to prevent from triggering the smoke alarm. Just a breeze walk to the city centre. Parking available with reservation at the concierge."
