Hotel was very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were also very well maintained. First day for breakfast was decent and server was nice but on the second morning item spots changed and when you asked the server on that day this one wasn’t very friendly and it seemed like an inconvenience to ask for anything. Everything else about this hotel was great and we would book again

la première nuit c'est bien passé, la 2e nuit vers minuit je me suis levé pour aller à la salle de toilette, au sol il y avait une infestation de petite fourmi en pensant que s'il avait des fourmis dans la salle de toilette il pouvait en avoir dans la chambre mais impossible de les voir car le plancher était tout en tapis de couleur foncé, j'ai descendu à la réception pour leur mentionner, on nous a changé de chambre et vers 2 hrs du matin on a réussi à dormir un peu. Voilà pour mon expérience :( :( :(

It's 2025 and no smart tv in the rooms? Yeah, no thanks. No coming back. Other than that the hotel is ok.

Staff at reception was very courteous, deficient & friendly. A breath of fresh air these days.
Cleanliness in pool area however was very poor. Big chunks of hair everywhere around the pool.
Approximately 5 different boys were continuously jumping (water bombs) and no respect for otjhers. Only one of these boys was accompanied by his parents.

The only ‘negative’ aspect was initially being given a room directly over the main foyer access doors. The every 5 seconds hum and vibration of the doors was very disturbing. However when I approached the reception desk rep she was happy to move us to another room which was a bit larger and more comfortable, as well as far from these distractions.

Was ok, not the worst.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Dry eggs, dry sausage, watery coffee.
Staff were friendly.
Accessible room shampoo and conditioner that is mounted not accessible at all for anyone in a wheelchair.

We were on the 2nd floor and can hear lots of noise above us. We had roofers staying in the hotel and the tar smells because they left their boots outside the room, the hallway was smelly.
