Очень хороший отель для такого небольшого китайского города👍🏼Номера не прокуренные, чистые с ежедневной уборкой, матрац удобный, мыльно-рыльные средства в большом объёме с ароматом зелёного чая (очень приятные), завтраки достаточно многообразные и вкусные, красивая зона рецепции и отдыха (эта зона прокурена).Заселили раньше 14 часов (около 10 часов утра мы заехали) без всякой доплаты и ожидания.

茶台和洗手盆都太小了，很不方便，熱水器無論怎麼倒水都會灑水。服務的主動熱情方面也有差距。

不錯的酒店，早餐也比較豐富，服務人員熱情周到。好停車，門前後園都能停。房間乾淨衞生，設施也不錯，離景點很近。

路途將近十天 這是住的最不滿意的酒店 本來選的時候看到是綏芬河算相對很好的酒店了 價格也不算非常便宜 以為衞生條件和服務能相對好一些 但真的沒有
1.辦理入住的時候因為是陪同父母一起希望安排在同一樓層 預訂的時候也有備註這些要求 到了以後同層沒有房間前台人員説幫我們調一個 我説可以 但是住上才發現父母的是比預訂的房間等級小一些的 我覺得為了在同一樓層我可以接受 但是你調換的時候是不是應該告知我一聲呢 畢竟預訂房間的費用是不一樣的
2.進去以後洗手就看到洗手池上方的一大片發黴的跡象 這個不是節假日期間忙不忙沒注意的結果 這個一看就是長時間造成的 其實非常簡單買個除黴噴霧擦一下就能好很多 而不是這樣完全不處理啊很影響入住的體驗
3.洗澡間的門縫裡有煙頭 下水堵塞 完全不下水 根本沒法長時間洗澡 這個根本就是打掃的時候完全沒有當回事 您們酒店既然有這麼多房間都能預訂那就應該保證滿員的情況下也不會影響第二天入住顧客的體驗對嗎 還有上一個顧客用過剩了一半的衞生紙紙邊兒都濕了也沒有換直接給我放在那讓我接着用 氣得忘了拍照
總之非常非常非常不滿意的一次入住體驗

從綏芬河站搭101路公交車幾站路直接到酒店。這點很方便。
入住時，前台給我們換三樓，我們喜歡住高一點，還是選擇原先訂的六樓房間，還強調要無煙房。服務生似有不悦之色，説“我們是禁止吸煙的，但是客人要在房間裏吸煙我們也沒辦法”。這句話可以理解，但是房間裏放着煙灰缸是禁止房客吸煙的態度嗎？把煙客服務得夠好的！
給我辦好房卡的時候，把我們身份證和房卡放在枱面上説了句“辦好了，完事了。”
我？？電梯在哪裡，早餐在哪裡吃，幾點可以吃，問一句答一句！
房間有一張沙發，但是連張桌子椅子都沒有。洗手時就看見枱面上的牙膏蓋子。洗手間下水道氣味兒大。打電話問前台洗衣房在哪裡時，發現電話機上都是白絨絨的灰塵。洗衣房的烘乾機都是毛屑，都不知道多久沒清理過了，還是我給洗乾淨的。洗手間乾濕分離本來是好事，但是浴室裏連個掛鈎都沒有，毛巾、衣服都沒地方放。洗完澡還得濕漉漉地到門外的盥洗台下拿浴巾。😌😌😌
晚上坐在床上，突然天花板掉下來一衹什麼死蟲子在枕頭上！
白天沒發現，晚上開了燈就發現床單被褥都粘上了好多線頭，不知道是怎麼送洗清潔布草的，想想就後怕。
説是有露台的房間，卻原來就是窗外的一圈矮牆，每個房間都可以爬窗出去的，讓人很沒有安全感！就是我家先生不願意折騰換酒店才留下來了。第二天趕緊搬走。
衹有早餐還算可以，比較符合酒店價格定位。
作為攜程的金鑽客户，一年有三分之一的時間住酒店，沒遇到過這種情況。不知道這次是不是運勢低！攜程怎麼給他家評分這麼高的！看到是綏芬河綜合最好的才訂的，太失望！
