客觀的評價酒店。優點：酒店位置很好，基本上可以理解為市中心，綏芬河的市區的景點除國門（口岸）景區外，其餘景點都可以步行，前台及客房工作人員工作熱情，有事隨叫隨到，客房衞生打掃的很乾凈。缺點：傢俱陳舊，散發著一股難聞的氣味；沒有一次性拖鞋，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，而且空間狹小。更奇葩的是酒店電視竟然沒有一個國內電視台的節目，衹有幾個充斥着雪花、看不清畫面的俄語頻道，給出的解釋是酒店收不到國內頻道，難道我入住的不是中國酒店嗎？第一次碰到辦理入住手續時前台工作人員詢問完入住人數後按照客人實際入住人數在前台發放免費瓶裝水，再由客人帶進客房的奇葩事。兩台空間狹小、老舊的電梯，辦理入住手續後，放好行李下樓，電梯關上門後出現故障，電梯內漆黑一片，懸在七樓，幸虧關在電梯裏面衹有三個人，電梯內配置的電話如同虛設，根本沒有任何聲響，喊叫無人應答，又不能拍打電梯的門（必備常識），衹好用手機從攜程查酒店號碼打給酒店前台，經過將近二十分鐘，直到專業的電梯維修人員打開電梯門，才虛驚一場，給酒店打完電話之後，酒店工作人員倒是一直在電梯門外安撫。如果不是時間較晚，真想退房一走了之，綏芬河之旅被一個酒店搞的心情不爽。客觀的説，這個酒店真不值得推薦。

Мы частые гости в городе Суйфэньхэ. Не пожалели мы, что заказали этот отель. За такую цену все супер. Чисто, хорошее расположение, горячая вода, хороший напор воды. Большой телевизор для просмотра передач. А главное хороший персонал. Заселили за несколько часов раньше, чем положено. Есть шведский стол на первом этаже. Хороший! В общем для поездок будем использовать этот отель!

這家店在一個衚衕裏，店對面路邊有幾個車位，就是店家説的免費停車位，一般都被周邊商户佔滿了，要想停酒店的停車場每晚20元，房間裏電視衹有幾個台，有的還沒聲音，半夜花灑不定時異響………
