洗澡洗一半沒熱水了，再來熱水要等20分鐘，我一身泡沫的等了半個小時，還是沒熱水，結果人家説這二十分鐘要一點都不用才能熱喔，關鍵入住前前台也沒告訴我有這個情況！
床單也不乾淨，掀開被子發現了一個幹吧的大米飯粒……所有的枱麪都一抹一手灰，我自己用毛巾擦了才能放東西！
屋子裡除了衞生間一卷紙不收費剩下的全收費，190多一晚，連瓶水都不提供，我住過全國各地的酒店，就這家奇葩！

我是在網上訂的房間，出乎意料的好，價格相對來説比其他家酒店便宜，房間乾淨整潔，裝修也高大上，面積也很大，冬天房間非常暖和，睡覺都不用蓋被子。下次一定會再住。

環境：酒店隔音真是個大問題 早晨三點其他房客吵架 無敵爆炸吵 十點多敲門督促退房

來綏化老爸家過年，人太多住不下。一下定了好幾間客房！家人們都説酒店温馨舒適，室內取暖温度好，吧枱服務員態度也不錯！大堂布置的有過年的氣氛，床也超級舒適！

環境 衞生方面做的還是很不錯的、整體住着很舒適、前台工作人員的服務態度有在提高！有的感覺笨笨的、哈哈..看到顧客也不會用禮貌用語！這點有在提高！整體還是不錯的…95分！
