綏化我們是旅遊路過住一晚，選擇這個酒店位置偏些，但非常好，不貴而且房間特別好，酒店很氣派，有大停車場，住着舒服，周圍有吃飯的地方也算是很方便，很好吃！

這家酒店太次了，我在網上定的大床房，去了以後給我的套房，可是進屋以後房間很冷，我説要我自己定的大床房，前台告訴我説套房就是大床房，最後才知道是大床房沒有了，我要求退房，前台告訴我説查完房一會錢就退，最後退了我按金，房費沒給退，什麼玩意，我定的是大床房，他沒有大床房也沒告訴我，最後我要退房，房費還沒給我，大半夜的又找的別家酒店，這家前台服務太多特別不好，還欺騙顧客，以後希望誰也不要去這家酒店，****次了

近期一直在出差，第一次來到這家酒店入住，客觀來講入住環境還好但是體驗感極差！！！我是自己一個人入住，退房後離店後自動退款，我發現按金少了將近五十並且發票多開了，詢問原因得知我的房間消費了一個保健品，我很懵的告訴前台我沒有消費，而這位前台的意思是 我用沒用自己清楚，我讓前台再次調查後給我回電：前一個賓客是兩個女性，一定是我用的，措辭是一定！我就**納悶了，我一個有女朋友的老爺們自己入住的，我用保健品幹啥呢？後續我讓他給我掉監控，因為全程我幾乎沒出門，經理也沒有認可的服務態度和意識 告訴我調監控的週期長。第一個差評送給你們，你們是憑什麼認真是客人的問題而不是房嫂的問題？後續我也會繼續找網上客服，真的離譜

空調説不能出熱風，能出冷風也行啊，根本就打不開，什麼破酒店，一點也不隔音，電視不能看，必須得投屏，中午12點退房，差一分鐘都得扣20塊錢

東北真是實在呀，這麼好又這麼實惠的酒店真是在別處想都不敢想。房間是法式風格，設計温馨又舒適，套房面積超大，帶小朋友的，或者行李多的，住着是真舒服。
