酒店位置離火車車站比較近，酒店看着挺大的，裝修一般，設施比較陳舊，水龍頭也是壞的，由於是後半夜入住就沒找服務員維修，衞生間衞生不太好，有頭髮

走出火車站就能看到鑫威酒店，地理位置優越，從酒店房間俯瞰，車站就在腳下。
房間寬敞，設施齊全。早餐也不錯。一看就是經營者用心了，由於滿意又續作一天沒有換酒店。

酒店比較乾淨，前台服務態度很好，比較熱情。酒店在綏化火車站附近，衹有幾百米遠，走路幾分鐘的時間。早餐有涼拌菜、炒菜、煮雞蛋、發糕、發麪餅等，小米粥不錯。
