WIFIが非常に不安定であり、接続できてもインターネット接続できなかった。受付に苦情を入れても隣部屋のWIFIを接続してくださいと言われ、結局隣部屋のWIFIに接続できてもよく切れて使い物にならない。
顔クリーム、ボディコンディションも無く、驚きました。
禁煙の部屋を予約したのに、２つとも喫煙可能の部屋でした。その中の一つはめっちゃタバコ臭いでした。
禁煙のマークがあっちこっちに貼られていたけど、レストランにもタバコ臭いでした。
玄関ドアは防音性が低くて深夜でも対面部屋から四川方言での話をよく聞こえていました。

各方面都很好，給五星好評。首先酒店內部及房間都重新裝修和配置家電傢俱，比起前幾年老舊的裝潢配置好很多；其次服務很好，前台、服務員包括打掃清潔和早餐服務都很好，賓至如歸的感覺；最後就是酒店本身是遂寧老牌四星級，地理位置和整體環境配套沒得説完善可靠。國慶節這家酒店漲價幅度不是很好，總的來説體驗感不錯，個人推薦。

國慶返程中路過遂寧，這家酒店超乎預期，停車場很大，充電樁多，電費是目前充過的最便宜的，7毛多，房間大，設施維護得不錯，早餐品種多，尤其是餐廳工作人員笑臉相迎，還介紹了遂寧特色小吃，早上心情都燦爛了，完勝入住時前台接待的面無表情。

康年還是一如既往地好 環境衞生好 靠小區一側安靜 喜歡吃康年的早餐 楊姐姐服務一級棒 非常熱情 主動幫忙端兩手拿不到的麪條和其他碗 要是早餐再豐富點就更美好了
