辦理入住登記時，四個服務人員所謂的培訓，沒人理我，直到我説我要辦理入住，才有一個年級大的給我辦理入住手續，房間裏一股很濃的汗液味道，沒人住的時候不會通風嗎？最奇葩的是沒到中午12點，我的房卡竟然打不開門了，前台解釋説消磁了……無語了，比聯通賓館的服務差多了…

近年來，我已經多次下榻該酒店，每一次對他們的服務都非常滿意，感覺非常好，綜合的看，該酒店的地理位置優越，交通便利，毗鄰奧林匹克公園，購物吃飯都很方便，酒店設備設施比較齊全，房間面積比較大，格局合理，整潔衞生，被褥新穎乾淨，價位合理，在遂平縣城賓館酒店行業佔據絕對優勢，特別是早餐花樣繁多，主副食和粗細搭配科學合理，六個涼菜，六個熱菜，還有雞蛋，豆漿，油條，烙餅，花捲，豆包等，飯菜十分可口，超級棒，超級棒，一不留神就吃多了，我非常喜歡這家酒店，下次還住在這裏

環境差、設施差、服務態度巨差
巨差巨差巨差巨差巨差巨差，千萬別去住！
房間內設施設備爛的門都鎖不住、角角落落髮黴的發黃的，洗手間殘留很多別人的毛髮，衞生很臟地毯黑嘛了的。房間桌子上還放了一堆付費的產品。住酒店紙巾還需要付費，簡直就是隱形消費，前台服務態度也很*，有被6到，溝通能力解決問題能力都沒有衹會懟消費者，大開的眼界。

我不理解 房間開不了門的情況下 再拿一張房卡很難嗎？開了倆間房間壓了四百塊 再刷一張房卡都不給，打電話去前台 説什麼要開門你就説啊 找阿姨給你開一下就好啦 so 我一個消費者被叼一頓
