入園需要去窗口取票我們三個人入住小孩還需要買票無語了🙄我們衹是入住也沒有遊玩，而且景區裏面什麼都沒有，房間很舊馬桶抽水都壞了房間座機剛開始網線都沒插，插了之後也根本打不通前台電話離大洪山很遠，酒店什麼吃的都沒有，晚上路上都沒燈，出去吃飯要開車很久，完全沒必要住！狠狠避雷！！

酒店設施陳舊，雖外部翻新但內部臟亂差，路燈昏暗，也不捨得開燈，到了晚上黑黢黢一片，為了照片中的温泉而定，但是進去了以後發現居然啥也不開放，理由是人太少了，僅有一兩個水池，這價位還不如定個帶泳池的酒店，就這還要給孩子補差價，搞笑，人多了你倒是各種設施跟上啊，這樣差評居多的酒店，人永遠不可能多，不推薦！！！

酒店在園區內，開車子還是很方便的。我們去的時候人特別少，工作人員也少，遊樂設施很多也沒開。不過整個公園轉轉，風景還是很美的。因為人少早餐更不可能自助了，就是有稀飯，雞蛋，限量，麪條和饅頭，還有西瓜。就是設施實在太老舊了，特別是馬桶沖水速度特別慢，感覺在堵與不堵之間徘徊。我們都去一樓的公廁上廁所了……不過問了前台，女王殿已經是最好的房間了……説是比比丘之類的好，但是設施是真的太老舊了……體驗感不太好。
