裝修好，房間大小還不錯，性價比挺高。缺點就是不隔音，真的很吵，外面走廊聲、樓上打麻將聲，聲聲入耳，就像在你房間裏面説話一樣。（如果想知道具體多吵可以點開視頻，放開聲音，湊近耳朵聽）
得虧我提前買了耳塞，要不然根本無法入睡。但也就這一缺點了，感謝耳塞，救我狗命

環境不錯，位置也比較好找，關鍵是空調給力很熱，洗澡的水不能洗太久。雖是新裝修的，但沒有任何味道不錯，可以放心住。
