If you are thinking of staying at this hotel please don't even consider it. The environment is good but the upkeeping of the plants and trees is not very well maintained.. This hotel is located inside the scenic area about 10 mins walk from the entrance. We arrived around 1pm, and by the time we finished with the checked in process, we went to the only restaurant in the hotel but was told that the kitchen was already closed. So we had to walk out to the shop located outside the scenic area for lunch. The worst part is our rooms were arranged right on top of a room that is under renovation. 8 something in the morning, the whole room was filled with knocking and drilling sound. When I send them the recording sound through wechat, they can still ask me is the any problem?
The service provided by the front desk is very bad. Not friendly at all. Feel like I am owing them a few hundred thousand. Frankly speaking, this hotel stay is not even worth half the price I am paying for the room. Really waste the good design and environment.
