環境非常的好,房間也很寬敞明亮,裝飾別具風格，讓我感受了面朝大海春暖花開的感覺，而且價格實惠，服務很貼心，人性化。最讓我滿意的是離海邊衹有三四百米，隨時都有奔向海邊的沖動，海上遊樂設施齊全，孩子玩的也很高興，晚上煙花很震撼，讓我找回到了童年的感覺。最為點讚的是民宿的房東小姐姐，貼心，周到，非常滿意。

位置不錯，景色不錯。唯一一個大問題是衞生間下水道反味。一進衞生間又騷又臭刺鼻子。我是半夜一點多入住的，很累進屋就睡了，三點多被薰醒了，一直到五點多都沒睡着。想着給客服發個訊息處理一下，一直到10點半也沒人回。其實我對環境非常不敏感，什麼惡劣的環境都能睡着，但是這個氣味實在太上頭了。據實評論，不吹不黑。

效果怎麼樣有圖有真相，強烈推薦一號樓，又安靜又美~全程有問題隨時聯繫房東，有問必答，但房東很佛，不會主動打擾客人，真正做到讓客人舒心自在，沒有過多的營銷，也不會像別的商家那樣讓你覺得特別假，真的是當你需要幫助的時候房東隨時都在，就覺得特別有安全感~雖然未見面但能感覺到是個貼心的大姐姐~房子裏面特別乾淨，床也很舒服，酒店有的幾乎都有，下次還住她家，絕對不後悔~我們五個人一共訂了兩間房，一個房間有兩個1.5的床，另一個是大圓床和1.8的大床，五個人兩間房足夠了~再次表白房東姐姐，愛你喲~❤️

房子乾淨整潔，收拾屋子的各種工具齊全，去海里的游泳圈和打氣筒都備好了，最重要的是住處離海灘很近，站在陽台上就可以看到大海。海灘上晚上放煙火，早晚退潮後在海灘上捉小魚小螃蟹，樂趣無窮，海水很清澈。這兩日過得很開心，雖未看到日出，但是看到了美麗的晚霞，感謝房東提供了這麼好的房子和服務。

房間乾淨整潔，各種常用物品都有，海邊第一排樓就是，下樓穿過小路兩三分鐘就到海邊了，陽台看海非常好，晚上海邊還有很多放煙花的👍入住也非常方便，提前聯繫房東，房東會把房間號和門密碼告訴你，來了直接入住

房東溝通無障礙，可能太火了吧，等電梯時間會久一點，基本每次都爆滿，電梯皮實，擠擠也能關上門。這邊每棟樓裏面都分佈着不同的民宿。我們住的佳兆業4期2號公寓。看海元它準沒錯。

從陽台可以直接看到大海，從住處走到海邊衹需要五分鐘，房間衞生乾淨，環境舒適價格二百多也不貴，周邊吃飯的地方也挺多，是休閑度假的不錯選擇。
