The air conditioner was turned off by the main switch in the middle of the night. At 5 o'clock in the morning, I was sweating all over. I had to get up and check out.

【房間污漬，床單見血，要求調換被刁難！！！！】
在其他其他省份住過城市便捷酒店，感覺整體很好，服務衞生整體很到位。自駕遊路過湖北便直接尋找【城市便捷酒店】，沒想到這家酒店臟亂差！！房間不合適，衞生差，房間有污漬，要求調換。服務人員要求我們出衞生費。準備投訴後才勉強同意調換。調換後，兩次！房間均出現污漬，床單有血漬！！！最後無奈單獨換了一個相對乾淨，但是破損的床單！！！服務人員刁難！！真是傷心。非常失望！！
