服務的5分，3分扣在了5.11當天你們那個夜班前台上。不是很理解華住會是缺業績還是真心為客户着想，你給我推優惠券不能在半夜12點耽誤我們半小時吧（至少。而且她辦前一個人的入住也辦了10來分鐘。我們從十一點多等她辦前面的再來辦我們的到十二點二十）…而且到最後還沒弄成！如果是這樣我會覺得是人員培訓不到位，業務不熟練。其他的服務人員都還很好，衹有那個人。而且她很拽，前一天剛磨了我們半小時，第三天我續住下去刷房卡，她就能理所當然的問我“有沒有企業微信？”，我説“怎麼了呀？”（真的就是疑惑臉 她在正兒八經詢問我）她説“六點以後給我們一個好評”（我直接沒有回話，因為我無語住了…）。人家酒店都是利誘，到這位前台這裏變成了通知我。具體經過可以看一下我在華住會app的評價…還是你們家這位前台給我下載的，優惠券又沒弄成，但是為了避免跟你們起更大的矛盾，我選擇放棄你們所謂的優惠，用app續住了…為什麼我會續住呢，我衹是選擇了華住會這個品牌而已…
