We stayed at family cabin no 111. Awesome sunrise views from the cabin and we loved the swinging long bench at the balcony. Its quite a steep uphill walk from our cabin to the lobby/parking area which is not an issue for us. Breakfast spread was good with variety choices of food. We did a short 10mins walk from Artotel to Lava View Lodge for the Mt Bromo view. Highly recommend to stay here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The views from our balcony were breathtaking, and I could easily spend hours just sitting there and taking in the majestic mountain scenery.
The hotel's grounds and facilities were beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Our little one (1 year old) also had a fantastic time exploring the property!
One minor note: the walk from the lobby to our cabin was a bit of a trek, but the scenery made it well worth the effort.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!"

I've got a few minor nits with this place (pillows too big to be usable, couldn't turn off the porch light, my tom yum soup should have been more substantial). But over all this is an excellent choice on Bromo. The main caldera observation point is just 5 minute walk from the hotel, and you can hike from here around the caldera or down to the floor. The breakfast is worth the cost. The staff are excellent. And the rooms are new and comfortable. If you can afford it, book with confidence.

Decent location for the less hassle sunrise or sunset view. Breakfast was good. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. Luv the vibe in this hotel.

The sunrise view from the cabin is worth the stay.
Don't even need to go to King Kong hill.
You can hike to Bromo from the hotel and that would take you 2 hours at a leisurely pace.

Such a nice location for family hollidays, good exterior but bad interior and the finishing touch of the building. For a new hotel the should keep up with the maintanace.
