Stayed in this hotel for 3 days on a business trip to Bandung and my tastebuds were really entertained by the local cuisines that served on the restaurants during meal time (luncheons and dinners). Checkins by the F.O team were so easy and prompt, the staffs on the HK dept are so responsive and quick for special requests (my roomate asked for an additional slippers since it was found only one at each rooms, we are doing double occupancy so we shared the room together). And it's fascinating how the HK staffs are always smiling when we passed them by even i know they are tired :) Pak Entis, Pak Dadan, Teh Lina, Teh Rini are one of their best squad! The Restaurant team are always helpful, they are so responsive on any clear ups and always spread their smiles when serving us within the dining time. Pak Sofi (The Food and Beverage Manager) and his team really bring the service quality to the next level :) The Chef personally came to me and asked whether the food is ok? I told Pak Memet (The Executive Chef) that the foods are extraordinary delicious! Each and everyday menus are so surprisingly expected, my personal notes on the buffet menus are : Sop Iga, Rawon, Kari, and Nasi Goreng Ikan Asin. And they had also a special live corner for specialty dish like baso and mie kocok, or mie tektek or karedok attended by the friendly magnificent trainees : Salma, Linda, and there is also Ira (Special for Ira, she's initiatively refilling the lovely buffet dishes almost anytime, cool!) Meeting room is spacious and private, we had coffee breaks below our meeting room, it's a semi outdoor pateo where we can smell the breeze of the upper side area of Bandung. Just Lovely! Room are eclectic and spacious, there was a li'l hummingbird entered my room from the window on the dawn, and it surely add a natural feelings of the surroundings. They had a long swimming pool, kids pool, kids activity area, and a proper gym on the 2nd level. Well overall, i love how the hospitality flows on their staff's bloodstreams, Great Job Gumilang Regency Team! Keep up the good work and can't wait to go back there whenever possible!
