It was much better than i expected. We went with a group of five and it was very nice. We went as a group of five and enjoyed ourselves very much.

The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The place is also beautiful. Room service is good. Overall, it was a nice experience staying here.

The room is good. The swimming pool is not accessible due to weather. Breakfast should be included with multiple dishes and varieties.

The resort property was good. But there we’re literally no staff for maintenance. The curtains looked like it’s never been washed, had fungus and stains all over. The pool was so dirty and the water was literally yellow in color, they said it will be cleaned in the evening but it was still the same and the owner asked to use that pool only! the fan was not working. The ac didn’t had any remote and had fixed temperature to 16 degree and on top of that it dripped water! we had to place a bucket under the ac if we were using it. We asked for the ac remote and they gave us a random remote and expected it to work! there is only 1 person in the whole resort who was maintaining the entire property!

Booked a room for 2 days looking at the pictures and it turned out to be a really bad experience. 1. No pillows, sheets or bathroom toiletries were provided. 2. Ac was not working 3. Just one item in the name of free breakfast which wasn’t good. 4. No intercom was available.
5. Bathrooms were not clean.

Property and property location is good but they need to maintain it. Food was not good. Staffs were good. Nothing much to do in property. They have swimming pool which we didnt find it that clean. Overall average stay.

Please share the link to write the review. Edakkal village resort is one of the finest destinations for those who like to spend time with their family. Neat and clean rooms, good service and the activities are worth mentioning. Overall we are very much happy with the stay.
