The hosts were do friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable bed and really good breakfast.We would definitely stay again. It was a pleasant deck to sit and enjoy a cup of tea and the resident's lounge was great. PEI is a lovely island

The Boardwalk Inn is a wonderful place to stay! Leslie is a superb host - so warm and welcoming, and she goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The whole house is sparkling clean, the beds are comfy, the shower is amazing, and the breakfasts are of gourmet quality, each with a beautiful presentation. We absolutely LOVED staying here - highly recommended!

This Inn is so nice! Its beautifully decorated and in a great location. We loved our stay and the hospitality was amazing! We really enjoyed the breakfast that was included. Extremely friendly hosts, I would highly recommend this spot and we hope to visit again soon.

This was our first visit to PEI—we are not sure how we lucked out on such a great plan by staying at The Boardwalk Inn. First, our plan was to travel around PEI (rural and urban). After studying maps, Summerside was a perfect choice—a nice community with lots to do in walking distance and easy access to all of PEI. Second, in Summerside, Boardwalk Inn is the BEST. This historic home is stunningly beautiful, yet so well restored and maintained that it is luxurious and feels as if you are transported to when it was brand new. It is spotless and every detail has been considered. Third, our room was large, bright, quiet, sparklingly clean, and comfortable. The en suite bathroom was like-new. Our shower was one of the best ever—excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Fourth, the breakfast was wonderful—but deciding between the choices offered was difficult. Finally, do not skip walking to Holman’s ice cream (an easy walk away from Boardwalk Inn). We shared a “spaghetti sundae”—photo included. Book more nights in a row than you originally planned. You will never tire of this accommodation! We look forward to returning!

We just returned home from five nights at the Boardwalk Inn. We stayed in the Brackley room. Attention to detail in this Inn is exceptional. Lesley has thought of every time you could need or want. We can highly recommend this beautiful inn.

I do not use the words, exceptional, excellent and exquisite very often but if I do it would be about the Boardwalk Inn and Lesley as a host. AirBNB failed us, but this booking through ******* was one of if not the best bookings we’ve made in all our years of traveling. The Inn, the area, the made to order fresh breakfast, the room, the comfort, the location and parking are perfect. The worst part about the Inn was when we had to leave. It really is a home away from home. 5/5 does not do Justice from my point of view. Deserves a rating of at least twelve egg whites out of five. Lesley is the type of host that many others should strive to be like. The way she shows how she treats you like royalty and like family is heartwarming g and special. We could not have asked for anything better. Breakfasts were outstanding. Make sure to order the Naughty Waffles. Boardwalk In. Is now the destination of choice whenever we return to PEI Thanks for everything Al and Bev

Our visit to this beautiful inn will forever be etched in our favorite memories together! From our beautiful room to the delicious breakfasts and, most of all, the warm reception from our amazing hosts who really made us feel 'at home! This was our 30th anniversary trip to PEI and it was very special because of this beautiful inn and its lovely hosts!!! Heartfelt Thanks!!

We arrived and were greeted in the most friendly way by Leslie. She made our introduction to the B & B very easy. She is a very warming hostess and goes beyond the call of duty to ensure your stay is an enjoyable experience. The building is beautifully furnished and impeccably kept. The rooms are very Clean and very nicely decorated, with an ensuite. Outside are a lovely porch to relax on and a lovely garden area to also relax in. Breakfasts were delicious , served hot at 08;30 a.m. Thank you Leslie for the little extras you provided! very much appreciated. Leslie and her B & B are 5 star all the way.

We stayed at Leslie & Jason’s beautiful home for two nights. The rooms were beautifully decorated with all the comforts one would expect. We had signed up for an evening of PEI Oysters on the half shell with wine pairings held in the backyard. The food, drink and atmosphere were spectacular. For two mornings we enjoyed the best breakfasts of freshly baked pastries, home made granola, light, fluffy waffles or eggs cooked to perfection. Everything about our stay at the Boardwalk Inn exceed our expectations. Highly recommend this B&B if your in the Summerside area.
