We were checked in to not just 1 but 2 times to dirty room that had not been cleaned. No where on this website does it say because you booked through them you have to pay deposit of same amount as entire stay. So that took my bank money (cash on hand ) money away from us. If I didn't have credit cards we would out of town with zero money. Because we checked I'm through this app the hotel would not refund our money . I have pictures of the check in for the 2 different rooms. I called down to let them know our room was filthy and they checked us I'm another room. It waa worst than the first. We are now in 3rd room and house keeping far past 3 days have not even gave us fresh towels...
