It was nice, bit of a mix up with the booking but that seemed to be the fault of this site rather than the hotel. The lady at the front desk sorted it quickly and was very polite. There was a random leak in a light fixture in the bathroom at like three in the morning but nothing came of it and it didn't last long enough to bother us. probably because we did not want to be moved to a room without the whirlpool tub which was the reason we had booked that room specifically. over all it was fairly normal hotel affair.

The hotel staff was amazing! Very helpful and attentive. We advised them of a couple of small issues upon leaving but it didn’t deter us from staying there again! The bar/grille wasn’t open on that Sunday and breakfast wasn’t included. The pool was open outside, but it was a little chilly to swim. There are many restaurants and shopping is very close by!

Hotel condition still OK. Clean and nice Gym room too small less equipment. (Surprise have small swimming pool) No restaurant inside of the hotel. Car park space so enough.

Everything was fine, but the toilet was a builder's grade short, round-bowl, toilet. The seat had been replaced by an elongated bowl seat. So it looked ridiculous, and like no one really cared.

Breakfast is a small bag of bread and snacks! But you can cook it yourself!

It’s located on beautiful river side. There is a fall just behind it and walkable from the fall Square where there are multiple bars and restaurants. Hotel is Nice and has beautiful suits. Public area, Balcony are beautiful. There is a restaurant which has beautiful view of river. Over all a nice property with spacious suites.

Very good, but breakfast is average; service attitude is very good There is a dog at the front desk, it is oversized, and it may be called to you.

The hotel is pretty good, and the airport shuttle is free!
