Our room was exceptional - spacious +++ a king sized bed, plus bolsters. Aircon and cable channels were tiptop, only flaw was hair dryer malfunctioned. Reception called to remind on checkout time 👍👍👍. Breakfast was mostly Indonesian food. Perhaps could include yogurt, savoury pastries or Italian dishes/pizza?

I recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience. Positive Aspects: The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests. The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated. While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Located in a strategic area, across from alun-alun Bandung. Considerable amount of food stalls around it, but you may have to check for their hygiene in prior to eating hehe.. The hotel has nice or unique decoration, however, the room that I occupied is a bit cramped or not quite spacious as I thought. Both the curtains, the one near the bed and the other in the bathroom, were quite dirty (there were spots here and there; see picture). In addition, there were some dirt too occupying the small space between the bathroom sliding door and the wall (see picture). Lastly, I have to say that the breakfast was less in variation and in taste. What an unfortunate :)

The price-performance ratio is not high, and I feel it is not up to the quality of the oakwood brand.

For this family vacation, I chose a fixed hotel for a place to stay. In addition, there is a fitness center and swimming pool with a jacuzzi that has been very rarely found in other hotels, but unfortunately the laundry facility that started stopping a few weeks ago due to Hotel officer speaking machine maintenance

Generally ok hotel as location is very centralised , clean, spacious and with good service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local n western options. Only minor is the hotel is not that new n aircon leaks water( they fixed it eventually) n last day , there’s an outage of electricity since night till morning which we understand only happened to our room.

I came in a big group, not at once though. Checking in was easy. Everyone in this hotel is friendly I think. Receptionist, room boy/girl, security, waiters and waitress, and also therapists. Parking area for cars are available at basement and sub-basement. There are two integrated lifts for guests. No access card needed to go to the upper floors. About restaurant, various food. They start opening at 6.10 am. Smoking area is available near stairs, at East. Ask for the ashtray as it is not provided on the table. Travelers who enjoy crowds are recommended to stay in this hotel. Located within the busy area of Braga, we can enjoy various culinary, hangout places, live music, night entertainment, etc.
