The room is not big and the bed is small. If you have booked on trips, you'd better confirm that the travel agency agent booked the room you want. Then the mattress collapsed and I slept very tired. Bathroom: toilet and shower The bathtub is very small, the hot and cold water is not well adjusted, and the bathrobe is too old. Restaurant: Buffet in the morning and in the evening. Travel: The hotel has a fixed number of buses to pick you up to the area you want to go to the resort. If you drive by yourself, you can only park your car at the hotel. There is basically no parking space outside and you cannot drive in the park by yourself. Summary: If you come to Sun City, South Africa, this hotel is worth staying, and it is worthy of the 5-star feeling. But don't be too demanding about the food. The overall score is 7.8, which is one of the must-see items when you come to South Africa.

Very slow sluggish check-in, wifi does not work half the time very slow, and the light goes off every so often and the AC has to reset should woke me up all night long. Location is very nice but everything else needs mayor improvement, I do see the owners and everything work hard but they are definitely missing the bigger picture.

The five-star hotel in Sun City has a good overall style. It is not a designated hotel for the tour group. The breakfast is OK. It is close to the commercial center and convenient to all places.

Our recent 5-day family getaway at Bakubung Bush Lodge was an absolute dream. The lodge provided the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The staff at Bakubung were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. Their exceptional service exceeded our expectations, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. The game drives were a highlight, offering us the opportunity to witness the beauty of the African bush up close. We were fortunate enough to spot various wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, and zebras. The knowledgeable guides made the experience even more enjoyable with their fascinating insights. The lodge itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable accommodations and a relaxing ambiance. We loved spending our evenings by the pool, enjoying the breathtaking views and the peaceful sounds of nature. Overall, our experience at Bakubung Bush Lodge was truly unforgettable. The combination of exceptional service, stunning scenery, and wildlife encounters made it the perfect family vacation. We would highly recommend this lodge to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Bush Bungalows is a great unspoiled gem with in the Sun City resort. Large Thatch Chalet close to the entrance of Sun City. This is not your normal hotel room, more like a bush experience combined with all the benefits of the Sun City Resort. Chalets are large, clean and more than exceptionable. Atmosphere is more relaxed compared to the rest of Sun City Resort hotels. I am a regular visitor to Sun City Resort and this was our third stay this year at Bush Bungalows, our 10th visit this year to Sun City Resort and the 2nd weekend in a row that we visited Sun City. Regrettably this time it was our worst stay ever and clearly the management of Sun City Resort do not care for these Chalets: 1. Check-in what a disaster then we stay in this Bungalow then in that Bungalow and then when we arrived at the Bungalow they booked us into, it was the wrong room and we had to wait almost 45 min for new Bungalows key card.. 2. Air cons not working properly had to get maintenance to clean filters before it worked and according to them they last serviced the units more than 3 months back and they recommended to management to service units more regular as result of construction work in the area but management ignored this request. 3. Show head was broken, when maintenance come to repair Hotel management wanted them to remove broken shower head and replace it with one in another room. But I refuse how can management rectify this and I forced them to go get a new shower head and replace broken one with a new shower head. 4. Water was leaking threw underneath the glass partition in our chalet it was so bad that I slipped and injured myself, did report this and even wrote several email. but up to date no response or apology from Sun International. 5 They advertise in the welcome book in your room that a complimentary shuttle is available, but when you phone for this you are told to find your own transport. Bush Bungalows is a perfect place, just a great pity that Senior Management and Hotel management do not care for this beautiful place.

There is free parking, rooms are relatively small, breakfast is ok, the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and there are some facilities for children to play. It is suitable for families with children.

Sun City is a large resort with lots to do on site for all the family. This was a short visit and I had a pleasant stay. The resort site is big but transport is provide around the grounds. The room is a good size and was suitable for our needs. The food at breakfast had a lot of choice and staff very helpful. The restaurant was busy at breakfast but the queue for food was not too bad. There are a choice of restaurants you can choose from and also valley of the waves is popular if you have children. I also did the safari and this was an enjoyable part of the trip.
