Sungai Petani Hotels with Pools

Recomended to booking this hotel. Have a free breakfast and got many near facilities and convenient store

Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

I personally love this hotel so much . Not only the staffs are friendly and kind but they are very helpful. My luggage was heavy and the staff helped me to carry my luggage. The room is so nice like a 5 star and it just well kept . One thing I love about this hotel is, there's also coway water supply at every corner ! There's no need to buy bottles of mineral water when you're travelling.

The hotel is near a busy road, no sound proof windows. There are few shops along the hotel, Nasi Kandar Restaurant, 99 Mart, Clinic, Pharmacy and DIY shop.

Need to change the towels, old and smelly. Other than that, everything in the room was fine. There is a swiftlet bird house nearby, non stop 24hours chirping noise that really disturb my sleep and rest (that's why the 3 stars for location). What happen to the 16/7 mart, and restaurant & bar??? A bit inconvenience without the 16/7 mart.

It's quite new hotel, furniture in the room didn't see wear and tear, but the water heater pressure not strong enough. Good location near Jalan Dewa eatery but too close to road junction, have lot motorcycle and lorry sound midnight sleeping time.

this is my second time staying here , but unfortunately on my last day staying there is miserable because there is no water supply at all from night until morning . no action was taking from management. receptionist only can said no maintenance during night hour & no solution at all. that was my bad experience. overall room all are neat & clean.
