We had a lovely family holiday . When we first arrived, we were given a rather old room in building C. However, after speaking with the manager, Mr. Matthias Sass – who was incredibly kind and understanding – we were moved to a room in building A, where the rooms are much nicer and more modern. We truly appreciated his help! The food was excellent – fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Our 3-year-old daughter had no issues at all, which says a lot! Honestly, there might even be too much food 😄 The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided regularly. The pools were also clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel, and the hotel’s sunbeds are located quite far back. We chose to stay closer to the sea instead. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing vacation. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you, Melia, and a special thank you to Mr. Matthias Sass for making our stay even better! 🙏

Visited for 12 nights June 12th with Friends for my birthday. Fantastic hotel and staff. Rooms spacious with everything you need, Air Con, Safe, Fridge, Hair Drier. Iron and board on request. Towels changed every day. Bed was comfy. 2 drinks machines on every landing vending coffee, capachino hot chocolate, hot milk and hot water. Food was really nice and good choice. Snack bar does great toasties from 10am until 12pm, then lovely burgers, hot dogs, wings and ribs. Ned in the snack bar is an asset to the hotel, always smiling and friendly and constantly asking if you are OK and enjoying your holiday. Never struggled for a sun bed as there are literally hundreds available around the 3 pools. Staff on reception are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Peter the customer satisfaction officer is always walking around the hotel asking if everything is OK. I could go on and on giving this hotel and staff plaudits and it would be well deserved. Brilliant Hotel. Will definitely return for my 3rd visit.

My friends made vacation on Sunny Beach and stayed in hotel Meliá.They are very satisfied with location, hotel, food and staff.We had good time on Beach and every single day ice creams, drinks and nice talk with staff there:)))We made even friends with some of them, Tigran showed excellent service, we had fun and looking forward visit again Sunny Beach. Brilliant hotel Great food and facilities plenty of sunbeds Good friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you especially peter the hotel liaison officer who sorted my plug out and got the cornflakes in also rooms cleaned every day and beach towels can be changed daily the hotel is slap bang in the middle of old town and flower street

This was our 1st time visiting this hotel...we had a pool view in block B ....As it was our Anniversary....my beautiful friend told the hotel....and upon arrival we had 2 beautiful swans (made out of towels) with roses 🌹 on the bed...a bottle of wine....chocolates ...a lovely touch...so thank you 2 my friend for organising this and a big thank you 2 the hotel for their kindness really appreciated. The food I was not 2 keen on...but they have a Indian restaurant and to b honest the food there was really good... as were the hotdogs at the burger bar .....we also ate out...try route 66 the food is outstanding 👌 😋. Rooms are spotless and the staff work extremely hard....Peter who is one of the guys who comes round and asks u how your holiday is,and is there anything he can help you with.....can I b honest...this man is the most helpful member of staff.....also works extremely hard....so if you get the pleasure of seeing Peter ...you know your in good hands. The bar area is constantly being cleaned.....as is the restaurant...spotless hotel . All in all we had a great holiday Would I return......well never say never....but there's a big world out there which id love 2 explore....but 2 all at the hotel THANK YOU 🌹❤️

Papi honestly made our whole holiday. He's such a vibe - full of energy, kind, and just a really good soul. His yoga sessions were so calming, water gym was fun, and every activity he ran had such a great vibe because of him. One of my absolute favorite moments was when he played his flute for us in the lobby - it was so beautiful and unique, like nothing else we've experienced. You can just tell he puts his whole heart into everything he does. We did loads with him - boccia and shooting - and every time he made it fun and memorable. And of course you can't help but be happy when you hear him say "good evening ladies and gentlemen" as he introduces this night's animation show. He also helped us whenever we needed anything and even showed us parts of Bulgaria we wouldn't have seen otherwise. But what really made it special is the connection we had with him. He's become friend to us — we bonded with him in a way we never have with anyone else on a trip. Such a rare, genuine person. We'd come back in a heartbeat, and a huge part of that is thanks to Papi.

Here currently at the beach bar at the Melia. Excellent service from Tigran and the team serving drinks and ice-cream. The staff are all super efficient to make this hotel a brilliant experience. One more week to go but loving the Melia so far.
