very bad A very humiliating attitude towards the guests, especially the children of the reception manager. A hotel that stings its guests. The hotel was empty, we asked to extend the room by several hours and they tried to cheat us by 20 euros per day. The food is bad and the facilities in the hotel are all old and disgusting. There are much better hotels. Do not go near this hotel.

Lovely restaurant. Great food and value for money. Wife had whole baked trout and saute potstoes very good and only 8 euro. I had breaded chicken and wedges lovely. Good service and all vooked fresh to order. Inside nice ****** where ulyou can use euro currency. Nice clean loos as well

The buffet at the ****** is supposed to be 10lev when you gamble. After playing some slots I went to see the buffet, which was not even open yet, so I tried to find out the schedule when a woman in a red dress (I assume she is some kind of a manager( told me I would have to pay 20lev because she said "you don't play, you just walk around." I started taking photos of my plays after that. Didn't even bother arguing. Figured I am not in the U.S. and can afford to eat elsewhere. My guess is that they want tou to play a lot, especially if you carry a U.S. passport. In other words, they try to cheat you out of as much as the can, even for as little as 10lev. Very unintelligent. Be careful when you go there.

The cocktails were amazing, unlike everywhere else. The staff was really friendly especially the bartenders. The food… amazing for €5pp all you can eat buffet with a good selection of mains, salads and deserts. I even managed to make some money :)
