a very good place to relax. close to the street and well served. hotel in good condition, although the food could be better. I recommend it to everyone as a base. Lots of attractions, good swimming pools and most importantly - very close to the sea and the beach!

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Facilities all ok, Rooms cleaned on all but one day, but generally clean throughout. Staff very approachable including the manager. The only issue was that there was a boys football tournament on the adjacent football complex and some of the teams were staying at the hotel. Cue boys running wild, knocking incessantly on each others door, shouting, blowing horns, bombing in the pool, spitting etc. etc. We were looking for a quiet week away and this was blown out of the water. We should have been told that this event was happening and that the place would be full of boys. The coaches and parents spent their time in the bars and cafes and the let kids run wild.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always going out of their way to help and make sure we were comfortable. A special mention to the receptionist, who was such a sweet and helpful woman – she made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The animation team was also excellent, full of energy and great with both kids and adults, always keeping things fun and engaging. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It’s especially great for families with kids – the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the whole team really went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Had a wonderful stay at imperial hotel in sunny beach all the staff where extremely pleasant especially Rado who couldn’t do enough for you made our stay amazing and extremely helpful on our last day with where to freshen up before transfer to the airport what facilities where still available to us on our all inclusive my advice if you leaving late the all inclusive is only available for the lunchtime menu so book the a la carte for your evening meal it’s what we did means your not going hungry or you could go to one of the many restaurants around the area, overall had an amazing stay with my mother my stepdad and my partner thank you I would definitely stay here again.
