Tiara Beach - All Inclusive

I have just returned from a two week holiday with my son’s age 12 and 17. We had a fantastic time, we had a lovely room overlooking the pool. Just a bit of a warning.. make sure you request a pool view as on the other side of the hotel is a view of a derelict supermarket. The food and drinks are what you expect from an all inclusive, always something to eat. We did eat out quite a few times but that was our personal choice, not due to the lack of choice in the buffet. The rooms are spacious, spotless on arrival, however the cleaners only make the beds on a daily basis and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. We had fresh towels every 3-4 days. The entertainment staff work very hard during the day.. however the entertainment in the evening was poor. Nothing for adults. Flower Street is about a 10 minute walk away, however there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There are a lot of Russian and Romanian guests staying who are extremely rude and did cause a couple of issues during the day around the pool throwing their balls at unsuspecting children and laughing when they were hit on the head/face. Overall this was an excellent holiday, just make sure you take some spending money so you are able to leave the hotel on occasion. The beach is lovely but you do have to pay for beds and umbrellas.

Was given a very warm welcome on arrival that continued throughout my mini break . Couldn’t find fault with the food excellent selection for every meal and if you missed a meal there was a snack bar available. Staff were very attentive and took time out to speak even if was just a quick good morning or hello . Plenty of sun beds all around the pool areas . There was an entertainment team which also did kids club if anyone wanted to sign up there kids . If I had to have anything negative I would say entertainment at night could be better rather than just mini disco , quiz or sketch show but even that would not deter me from going back and there were large family groups that were there on second and third visits

RECEPTION -: Arrived late ,after a warm welcome , good check-in plus was given a bag with a snack and bottle of water as dinner had finished. The bell boy took our cases up to level 4 . ROOM -: We had a lovely big suite, massive bed , 2 bathrooms , separate living and sleeping areas both with there own television, small dining area , the whole suite was open plan , kettle and coffee making machine , only downfall was the balcony, it was far to small for more than 2 people to sit comfortably. DINING -: The dining area was huge for the amount of food being served but saying that it was never packed , always different meat options , an outside "cook and show " plenty of salad but very poor choice of vegetables , fruit , ice-cream, cakes were plentiful , bread / rolls were outstanding , plenty of soft drinks tea /coffee at breakfast with beer , wine etc at other meal times . POOLS -: As the weather was cold, we didn't actually use either the outside or inside pools ,but if the weather was better, I'm sure they would be very welcoming. also, due to the bad weather, the slides were out of action, ENTERTAINMENT-: As it was the beginning of the season the entertainment was a bit sparse but I'm sure later in the year that would improve, the Animation team were excellent trying to keep a hand full of children entertained so well done to them . HOTEL-: Absolutely lovely hotel, always spotlessly clean and tidy, just a handful of staff let it down , miserable, no acknowledgement, not even a smile . AREA -: It was like walking through a ghost town, run down, and hardly any shops open apart from a couple of supermarkets up the road but if you walk about 10 min up to the main crossroads to the bus stop, you can pay 2 lev and go to either the Sunny beach ***** or Nezzebar . OVERALL OPINION Very nice hotel , clean and comfortable, definitely a 4*

We had a great week in Tiara Beach hotel. All inclusive vacation was great for the family with kids. Food was good, best of the food was salads. There was also every meal time pizza, french fries. Kids said best was ice cream that was whole time (10-18). Pool was great and there was space. Animation guys was funny. Wifi worked good. On the breakfast had I my own gluten free bread with me. Thank you!

Went last two weeks at the end of the season Hotel ok , food not good , needed music or entertainment in the bar , met a nice lot of people especially a man we named tattoos would love you to get in touch want your book of poetry, Susan Campbell f/b leek staffs sue& Donna

We were moved into this hotel at late notice and it was the worst possible move. When we arrived we were presented with a brown paper bag that contained some stale bread, some salami and some bottled water, the food was inedible! We checked into our room and went straight to bed after a long delay. We went to breakfast on first morning and the food on display was off the worst quality I could imagine, I ate porridge for the entire holiday! Lunch and Dinner were no better, tough cold meat (mostly pork) so tasteless that we ate out every night which considering we were all inclusive we weren't expecting to do. The surrounding area was derelict, most either closed for season or closed for a long time! I have mobility issues so to be so far away from the resort centre made us feel very isolated. There was supposed to be a shuttle bus from the hotel that could take us to Sunny Beach but we were advised this had stopped the week before we arrived so we had to pay for private taxis too and from the centre twice daily. The pool was dirty and in the time we were there I didn't see it cleaned properly, I could see dirt on pool floor from the balcony. To make things worse, after a few days the hotel then started collecting the sunbeds and the parasols to be stored away! I understand we visited towards the end of the season but this hotel was in no state to receive guests. The staff were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful, one told us they were having a party as soon as us and the other current guests left. There was absolutely no night time entertainment and very little daytime, felt sorry for the couple of kids that were there. On the last night we were actually denied shorts from the bar (the staff appeared to be saving it for their end of season party). Small shout out to Sabina the cleaner who cleaned our room daily and kept us in clean towels, bed made etc. In summary, the standards at this hotel are way below anything I have experienced. How they are claiming it is 4 star I cannot understand, I would not return here if it was free!
