We had yet another amazing vacation at the Palace Hotel. Incredible location, just a few meters from the beach as you can see from the picture, this was the view from our room. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the service is top-notch. We were particularly impressed by the staff - young, smiling, and friendly people who are always ready to help and make every effort to make us feel welcome. The food at the hotel outstanding. Every day we were surprised with diverse and delicious dishes, everything was prepared with great taste and attention. In short, this hotel is the perfect place for a vacation in Sunny Beach. We recommend it to anyone looking for coziness and quality service, and you will surely return.

The staff have been incredible. The hotel is clean. Its Half Board, the food is excellent. There is a children's pool attached to the main pool and there is a children's play area to the side of the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Hotel Palace. There is a party bar on the front called 'The Place' and the is Karaoke every night.

We visited Palace Hotel for our annual summer vacation in Sunny Beach, and I have to say that it was more than wonderful. The people, the food, the atmosphere, everything was great. The food and the restaurants was amazing, the staff even complied with our out-of-menu request. Definitely would recommend and are coming back next year.

Plus points for the hotel palace are the beach front location. The food was ok. The female reception staff were helpful and friendly. The on site shop was handy and it was generally clean. The bad points are the swimming pool was not fit to swim in. It had quite a bit of green algae in it. Not enough power points in the room. The wet room toilet arrangement is not good. The room was small. The manager was rude and unhelpful with attitude. The karaoke bar is loud. If you want a quite hotel, look elsewhere.

My 2nd visit to Sunny Beach in September and although the weather was a bit of a let down the hotel wasn’t. Situated almost on the beach with views of the sea, from my room, the hotel was no disappointment. Food quality very good, lots of lovely salads with no hot food repeated over my 2 week stay. Restaurant staff very hardworking and helpful and always courteous. Rooms cleaned to a high standard with fresh towels and clean sheets on a regular basis. Beds super comfy (I had an enormous king sized bed). The pool is overshadowed by an enormous tree which blocks out the sun so beware it is cold. The sun beds and covers could do with an overhaul. Rooms have a kettle and fridge which makes extra drink making possible.

Excellent Hotel, service was great and the staff very friendly. The food was excellent and catering for every need. I shall certainly be visiting again. The hotel was very clean ,towels were changed daily and sheets every other day. The hotel was situated in front of the beach and gave the most beautiful view.

we went twice in 2023 and 6 times before unable to go this year because of bad health but hoping to go again next year the staff are brilliant the food is great the prices very reasonable the rooms spotless and right next to the beach what more could you want we can't wait to go again health permitting

What a great 10 days at the Palace great friendly service nice rooms good selection of buffet food and a special mention to Zhivko and his team in the dining area excellent value for money, and through Tui it included safe and air conditioning will definitely be returning in 2025
