The Biggest let down is WIFI Which is absolutely CRAP!!° but management are not bothered These days when you go on holiday especially with children you need to keep then occupied and also yourselves When the weather is poor and you're stuck in your room! Not the same hotel , they exchange it . We ware in Tia Maria hotel which is old and stinky bathroom . Very old carpet . But beds are big and comfy and we were looking for hotel in Sunny beach ! This one is almost in Nessebar … very far from the center . The see side is good and calm but expensive .
