體驗度一般，門鎖是壞的，不能反鎖，老闆説從外面是打不開的，但還是感覺安全感低。衹有桌子，沒有凳子，衹能坐床頭吃飯。房間隔音效果差，有房客鬧到10點半才消停。

老，破，舊，臟。房間實際面積很小很小，坐在床沿吃飯。洗澡門都不好關，怕水濺到床上，沒法睡，澡都沒洗。窗外全是扔的垃圾。整個房間就一個衹剩1/5的捲紙，廁所也沒敢上，怕紙不夠。

小區房子改建的，樓梯特別窄，房間又小又舊，沒吹風沒換氣，一次性洗漱用品超廉價，衞生紙是1/3卷。不要在網上訂！不要在網上訂！一定實地看後再訂！
