優點：1，雖然房屋配備的物品缺少，但房東好溝通，要了也就送來了
2，説過生日睡得晚第二天需要時間打掃廚房衞生，給送了1小時延遲和最多到4點的延遲（本來延遲超過3小時，也就是到15點，要收整天房費）
缺點：1，缺少物品，檢查不仔細。2，能明白評論裏説的與圖片不符了，房東圖片濾鏡較重，實際入住衞生極差，沙發有異味。我個人都比較注重衞生間，這套算是照騙吧。3，延遲收費應當，但我個人覺得偏高（30），畢竟是民宿，特點就是個人房東有靈活性，而不是酒店死板，但個人覺得現在酒店逐漸比民宿靈活。4，為了做飯選的民宿，體驗感較差，選民宿還是要謹慎。
