房間衞生一般吧，進去門是敞着的，上廁所馬桶裏麪一攤……估計是哪個男的上了智能馬桶沒有識別吧，我默默的沖了！早上早飯簡餐，填飽肚子啦，還有阿姨親自包的餛飩這點很加分。在十一假日這樣的三百多的價格算可以了，前台小姐妹服務蠻好，態度也好，門口也好停車，衹有兩層樓，估計是鋼構的結構所以能清晰聽到樓上走路的聲音，不過也能接受吧。在外面肯定沒有在家裡舒服，整體還是推薦的。雙人床是1.35的，很適合帶兩娃的住。推薦推薦啦～然後晚上在項家莊吃飯，也很推薦這麼多菜才150關鍵味道蠻好的。

開車來的，小區北門口兩邊都有車位，停車很方便！小區裏也有房東的固定車位，某天晚上吃完晚飯下來扔垃圾，順便在小區裏逛逛也不錯（認車，還在實習期的菜鳥司機）

酒店環境不錯，旁邊有一個湖。 整體設施很新，維護的很好，我住的雙床房居然還有一個不大不小的陽台。服務人員也都盡職盡責。 有兩點令人不太舒服的地方需要提出。 第一、酒店工作人員推送餐車裝載着用剩的餐具和酒店的住客同乘一部客梯，而不是用專門的貨梯，很不雅觀，觀感很差。 第二、酒店的早餐品種比較單一，偏向中式餐食。缺乏西式風味餐食，比如，沒有現磨咖啡豆的咖啡機，衹有咖啡粉沖泡的速溶咖啡。另外連基本的麪包吐司也沒有，真是遺憾😔！和酒店應有的的檔次和開元品牌形象不符。
