Hotels with Parking in Surabaya

The room was very spacious with a good amount of lounging areas. The best part is the bathroom that felt so exquisite and luxurious with a beautiful large bathtub. Service was very quick when we requested for extra towels, as well as our hairdryer not working. The only thing lacking in this room is the power sockets. There is only 1 area with power sockets which is by the work desk. There are none by the beds. This was inconvenient.

This hotel has been used to be very good in service and facilities, but now it has become less tidy with peeling walls, untidy corridors, less varied and less interesting breakfast menu. The musty smell in the hotel environment and the stench if not managed properly in the future. Thank you

What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Our 2nd time staying here. The room is very spacious with this rate. Startegic location as well as it's exactly in front of Taman Bungkul, with lots of culinary spot on weekend. The room is equipped with microwave & minibar too. However, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. Other than that, all good.

Got upgraded to junior suites, thanks to hotel front officer. Unfortunately, our room was very hot because it is on the highest floor. Bathroom was great with shower and bathub.

Massive hotel with just as many guests coming in and out. Food: Breakfast wasn’t always good. There’s limited variety. I think the Food Exchange restaurant is a tad bit too small for the size of the hotel. The new Heritage restaurant on the other hand, is amazing. The buffet dinners were spectacular every night. Amenities: The pool and pool bar are great places to hang out. But you kinda need to schedule your pool time well because there’s unofficial peak times for families with kids. Depending on your family/preferences, you might aim for those times or completely avoid the pool at that time. Room: Large and spacious. We had a great city view. I didn’t appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was up to standard.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. When Checked in I was assigned a room with a terrible smell in the air. But the receptionist promptly changed my room. Best breakfast.

Location is good, rooms is clean and the room service is fantastic fast. Breakfast is delicious compared to others Yogyakarta hotel. Will recommend to others friends

This is a very good hotel in Surabaya, good location in the downtown, good services, and excellent breakfast with many choices. And it is only one-hour drive to the airport. I would recommend this hotel.
